THE COURSE STARTS WITH JOGGING OR SKIPPING ROPE JUMPING FOR WARM-UP.

THEN YOU WILL START WITH :

SHADOW BOXING, BAG WORK, PAD WORK, BELT WORK,

CLINCH TECHNIQUES, SPARRING, MUSCULAR EXERCICES,

AND WILL END TRAINING WITH STRETCHING.

IF YOU WANT TO FIGHT, WE WILL TEACH YOU THE RAM MUAY.
