Chang is a Muay Thai gym located in Sheungwan. First launched in 2015. We provide Muay Thai group class as well as 1-on-1 Personal training. In 2024, Chang Muay Thai has been combined with Fight House.

We promise to provide the best service and training to all level of students. Helping our students to achieve their personal goals, proper guidelines when undertaking the training plan in our gym in Hong Kong.
